The owners attach a package of valuable recreation rights of hunting and fishing on their conservation lands. You, the Buyer, in turn will have no other neighbors on this rich ranching landscape and will enjoy the benefit of a prairie ecosystem managed by the ranch family to preserve the grassland integrity and a diversity of wildlife species.

The reserved deeded parcel described in the Conservation Easement will have one designated building envelope of 5-acres in size to allow for a single residence headquarters with guest cabin and ranch outbuildings.

Recreation rights to transfer with the parcel include:

Fishing rights on the Missouri from the 7 Bar Heart with floating put-in and take-out sites; Pheasant hunting on the ranch; Archery hunting for White-tailed Deer and Pronghorn; Upland Game-bird hunting rights; and other non-consumptive recreation and non-commercial rights.
